This also a recreation of M.C Escher's Hand With Reflecting Sphere. Also, this isn't the exact same as his. I didn't add a face to the man in the refection and there isn't as much furniture as his.

A Few of My First Drawings

I mostly draw other artists' pictures. But I also, draw off of other pictures. For example, I'll type an idea into Google and pick a picture from there to draw.

This was a picture originally drawn by J D Hillberry. I decided to recreate it. This was the first face I've ever drawn and the hands weren't what I was hoping for, but I rushed it

This was the first hand I ever had drawn. As I look at this now, I've definitely developed a lot more since two months ago.

  

I drew this for my mom for her birthday. It's a baby picture of my brother. His eyes are really creepy but I thought his clothes look cool.

I'm Just Trying to Get Recogonized

I am a fourteen year old girl that has always had an interest in the arts and more specifically, drawing. I always knew that I was a decent "artist" but just recently, I picked a pencil and started drawing for real. To my surprise, I was actually capable of drawing some pretty complex things. Although, I still have a lot of practice to do and learning. With that said, I took a few art classes when I was around the age of eight but they were never anything serious. I basically never had any real lessons on drawing. With this blog, I'm hoping that I can come across people that can help me and possibly some contest to enter. Any bit of information about art for younger teens will help me a lot.
